​Admission to the school other than at normal point of entry (classed as an In-Year Admission)  

Any parent/carer who wishes to complete an in-year transfer to Chancel Primary should contact the school in the first instance. Further information can also be found on the Staffordshire County Council website.

If you wish to make an application you should complete this application form and forward this to school. 

We will advise you of the outcome of your in-year application within 10 school days or at the very latest within 15 school days. In the event that the place is refused information about the independent appeals process will be detailed in the letter.
